Fitness-Goal is an exact training objective or physical challenge you can set manually.  Your goal should be realistic and possible within a particular time frame and be precisely according to your daily exercise routine or training habits.

Why Set Fitness Goals?

Setting fitness goals has many benefits. They allow you to exercise discipline, determination, and focus, which can be used throughout your lifetime.

Having clearly defined fitness goals helps keep you on track and gives you something to work towards- not to mention the feeling of success when you achieve them!

Your ultimate fitness thing could be fit enough to share in a competition on a set date or to do 10  stages of the pool. Whatever the case, make this thing genuine. Flashback to when most of us will never be world-famous athletes or supermodels.

Be specific. Do not make your ultimate  thing a general declaration like’ I want to lose weight.’ Make it determinate. Exactly how many kilograms do you want to lose?

For example, if your mate wants you to lose weight but you are happy as you are, you may find it hard to commit to your daily exercise routine in the long term. The Most Common Fitness Goals. People from all walks of life start a new exercise and/or diet routine for various reasons, but when you get to the bottom of it, there are maybe 4 or 5 MAIN goals that people want to accomplish, and they look a little like this…

  • Get healthy in body and mind to live a more fulfilled life.
  • Lose weight/fat
  • Gain weight/muscle
  • Lose fat and gain muscle
  • Person-specific or Doctor-given goals (such as playing with young granddaughters or grandsons, being able to run a 5k or complete an arduous hike, building bone density to protect from breaks, improving balance to protect from falls.
  1. Get healthy live a longer and more fulfilled life

It should be an underlying goal of everyone working out and watching what they eat. As long as you are consistent with ANY workout routine and somewhat healthy with your eating habits, congratulations because you have already achieved this goal. Yes, ANY routine you follow and stick with will make you healthier and happier. The benefits of regular exercise are countless, but a few are

  • lowering your risks of many types of health conditions and diseases
  • strengthen the heart and decrease the resting heart rate
  • build muscle and increase your resting metabolism
  • Improve your mood and self-confidence
  • Boost your energy during the day and help you sleep better at night.

 Lose Weight/Fat

Rather than describing the goal from number 1, this is what I most commonly hear people say they want to achieve when starting an exercise routine. I wish it were #1, but in our society, it is no surprise that everyone wants to look like the models they see on TV, in magazines, and online. To put it bluntly, being skinny or losing a lot of weight or fat does NOT make you healthy.

Gain Weight/Muscle

Eating more will increase your weight; you must follow a proper exercise routine to ensure you’re putting on muscle, not just fat! You should aim to gain weight at the rate of 5-1lb per week if gaining weight and muscle is your goal. Any less than that, you should up your calories. Any more than that, and you should reduce your calories.

Conclusion

Physical activity may improve cognitive performance,  physical health, and expressive well-being. Physical profits include, but are not limited to, reduced risk of diseases and progress in fitness, physical functioning, and overall quality of life.
